THE IMPORTANT DETAILS

Privacy policy

Updated October 13, 2026

This policy describes information handled by TuitionAndMore, a Hakimi Systems publishing brand, when you use this website.

Newsletter information

If you ask to receive updates, we collect your email address, the permission you give, the time of the request, and the source of the signup. We record signup requests as unverified until an email-confirmation process verifies the address. A signup does not create a financial account or an application for a financial product.

Security and service information

Our hosting and verification services can process information such as IP address, device/browser information, and security events to deliver the site and help prevent misuse. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies form requests. Vercel hosts the website, and MongoDB Atlas stores signup records. Signup rate limits use hashed identifiers; the application does not store raw IP addresses in the subscriber record.

Browser preferences

Your chosen color theme is saved in your browser so the site can remember Light, Dark, or System mode. Fonts can be delivered by Google Fonts, whose servers receive normal request information.

How information is used

We use signup information to record permission, manage subscriptions, operate the requested updates, and protect the service. We do not sell newsletter signup records or use this form to submit a loan, card, bank account, or credit-repair application. Service providers may process information on our behalf. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the service.

Retention and choices

We retain information while needed for the purposes described here, to respect subscription preferences, and to meet applicable obligations. You can request access, correction, withdrawal of permission, or deletion by writing to the address below. Marketing emails, when sent, must include an unsubscribe option. Suppression records may be retained to respect an unsubscribe request.

Partner websites

A partner or official-resource link takes you to another organization’s website. Its terms and privacy policy apply there. Before sharing information with a provider, review its current notices.

Children and sensitive information

The site is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit account passwords, Social Security numbers, credit reports, card numbers, or other sensitive financial information to this site.

Requests and questions

Include the email address relevant to your request and describe the action you are asking for. Do not send account credentials or government identifiers. We may need appropriate verification before fulfilling a request.

Changes

We may update this policy as our services change. The date above identifies the latest version.
